Through the years, I have learned that Coaching becomes an integrated way of living — bringing career and life together. The integration can feel seamless, and I find myself a much more balanced individual because of it. Because of this, it has allowed me to grow year after year, finding myself still in the profession 10 years later. Coaching isn’t just a profession, it is a way of living.
Learning about other people’s businesses, I learned more about my own. Running a business was no longer painful. It was a creative process. It gave me the same joy and pleasure that cooking gave me in my own kitchen: creating something beautiful and life-enhancing from which I got instant feedback.
My story is about growth. First and foremost, I became a coach with EMyth because it was an incredible opportunity for me to be in a position where I could grow as a person, a leader, and a professional. Second, coaching is an environment where I create value working closely with people in a relationship, and in turn they grow as people and as professionals.
