In your EMyth Coaching Program, you’ll have the support and guidance of an EMyth-certified Coach to help you implement the tools and systems your business needs to thrive. You’ll receive honest feedback and an integrated library of small business solutions to help you think strategically about long-term goals. And in the process, you’ll increase revenues and profits, add value to your business, and build a business that really works.
EMyth Coaching starts with getting to know your Coach, who we carefully select using information you share about yourself and your business. In this welcome session, you and your Coach will look together at your business through the lens of the EMyth Approach, and you’ll see what’s standing in your way with new clarity. You’ll discover the steps needed to produce better, more consistent results and long-term change.
In your first coaching session as a client, you’ll have an honest, in-depth conversation with your Coach about the current condition of your business on everything from leadership and management to marketing and sales. This will give your Coach the information needed to help you solve the root causes of your most pressing challenges.
Next, your Coach will help you build the right foundation for your Program, giving you the tools you need to write your three-year vision and establish your long-term goals. You’ll create a picture of the company you want, one that reflects your values through every facet of your business, from its look and feel, team culture, and target market, to your product mix and desired financial results. And with your Coach, you’ll develop a clear plan for how to transform your business from where it is to where you want it to be.
As you work toward achieving your three-year vision, your Coach will help you apply what you’ve learned following each Process and track your progress through Online Assessments. With two video or phone meetings with your Coach each month and additional support via email, you’ll be able to stay focused on achieving the results you want—and you’ll start to relate differently to your business and your role within it. You’ll spend less time working in your business as you continually experience what it means to work on it.
