For ten years, Higher Standards Academy was just Jerilyn Kass. She was doing the work of the business—teaching SAT prep to college-bound students—and growing slowly but steadily. For a while, “slow and steady” worked for her. But soon, comfort grew into impatience, and she realized faster growth would require an outside perspective to help her focus on the areas of her business she was neglecting.
With the help of her coach, Rachel Clark, Jerilyn grew revenues by 40%, hired a team of people she loves working with, took her first (almost) unplugged vacation and, now, feels like the leader of her business for the first time.
